At ConsciousCareCo, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we’re here to help!
1. Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
- It must be in the original packaging.
- Proof of purchase (e.g., order confirmation email or receipt) is required.
Non-Returnable Items:
- Gift cards
- Personal care items (e.g., loofahs) that have been used or unsealed for hygiene reasons
2. Refunds
Once we receive your returned item, we will:
- Inspect it to ensure it meets the return criteria.
- Notify you via email of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
Late or Missing Refunds:
If you haven’t received a refund yet:

- Contact your bank, as processing times may vary.

3. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange a product, contact us at consciouscare.help1@gmail,com with your order details and photos of the damage.
4. Return Shipping

- Customers are responsible for paying their own shipping costs for returning items.

5. Cancellations
